1、变频器定期检查项目

1. Frequency Converter Regular Inspection Items

1)开关电源工作电压确定合乎软启动器需要工作电压；布线接线端子和射频连接器，是不是松脱(电源插头与接线端子中是不是有断股)；

1) The working voltage of switching power supply conforms to the requirement of soft starter, wiring terminal and radio frequency connector are loosened (whether there is a broken strand in the power plug and terminal);

2)变频器内部是否有灰尘，输出电流，输出频率(量出结果其差距不可太大)；

3)检查周围的温度是否在-5℃ ~ 40℃之间，安装环境是否通风良好；

4)湿度：维持在百分之90以下(不可有结水滴的现象)；

2、变频器维修检测注意事项

2. Notices for Frequency Converter Maintenance and Inspection

1)维护检查时，务必先切断输入变频器(R.S.T)的电源；

2)确定变频器电源切断，显示消失后，等到内部高压指示灯熄灭后，才实施维护、检查；

3)在检查过程中，不可以将内部电源及线材，排线拔起及误配，否则会造成变频器不工作或损坏；

4)安装时螺丝等配件不可置留在变频器内部，以免电路板造成短路现象；
